HUD and FHA Lending

Our bridge loans and hard money loans offer up to $100 million in working capital. Terms include interest-only amortization, interest rates up to 14%, and 80% loan-to-value (LTV).
SBA 7a and 504 Loans
These affordable loans have interest rates as low as 4.5%, along with 25-year repayment terms. Owner-occupied properties, flagged hotels, and non-flagged hotels may qualify.
